Job Description: A Bachelor level university/college degree in Marketing or Business Administration is generally required.  Minimum of 4-6 years relevant marketing experience is required.  Handle core marketing and commercial disciplines, including market research, channel and product marketing, digital marketing, BTL activations. Lead business and market development initiatives to drive sustainable growth and market expansion. Own pricing strategy and governance, including standard and non-standard pricing. Drive merchandising excellence and go-to-market execution across channels. Leverage analytics and insights to inform decision-making, including pricing analytics, sales operations analytics, and performance dashboards. Champion CRM effectiveness, overseeing end-to-end sales processes, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle management. Translate customer and market insights into actionable strategies that enhance competitiveness and customer value. Exhibit effective problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrate innovation, strong analytical capability, and strategic thinking in solving complex business challenges. Communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders, with strong proficiency in written and spoken English. Demonstrate advanced working proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and decision support. Maintain deep functional ownership and accountability within the assigned area of responsibility. Primary Metrics: Revenue & Growth KPIs: Deliver YoY sales growth and improvement in Organic Local Currency Growth (OLCG %). Market Leadership KPIs: Drive market share gains and increased category penetration across priority segments and regions. New Products Introduction KPIs: Achieve new product commercialization targets, including on-time launches, adoption rates, and revenue contribution. Marketing Effectiveness KPIs: Ensure disciplined execution of marketing programs with measurable impact, tracked through Return on Marketing Investment (MROI %). Profitability KPIs: Improve gross margin performance versus standard benchmarks, measured in both percentage and absolute value.
