Responsável em realizar a triagem e enchimento de cilindros, análises de Matérias-Primas, análise de gases comprimidos em cilindros, visando promover o atendimento das necessidades das distribuições primária e secundárias, bem como promover as manutenções preventivas e corretivas das rampas de enchimento e bombas de compressão. Pode auxiliar no carregamento e descarregamento de cilindros, movimentação de cilindros e paletes, quadros ou cestas de cilindros com empilhadeira e transpaleteira manual, elétrica e à combustão. 1. Verificação de Cilindros Inclui a inspeção física de cilindros e cestas (bundles) novos e retornados, tais como: Verificação do ano de teste ou acessórios dos tubos, pintura, válvulas, capacetes, etc. Checagem das condições da estrutura das cestas e do manifold (tubulação de interconexão). Triagem entre cilindros/cestas prontos para enchimento e itens que devem ser enviados para a área de manutenção. 2. Manutenção de Cilindros Inspecionar equipamentos de tratamento (máquina de hidrotéste, secadora, equipamentos de pintura, estufa) antes da operação para garantir segurança. Realizar teste de vazamento no cilindro ou válvula com água e sabão antes da instalação. Pintar os cilindros de acordo com as normas e conformidades governamentais. Realizar o teste hidrostático seguindo as regulamentações vigentes. Realizar a instalação e remoção de válvulas seguindo os padrões de segurança. Executar a secagem e o processo de vácuo em estufa (VBO - Vacuum Bake Oven). Garantir a conformidade das cores dos cilindros de acordo com o gás correspondente. Garantir o processo de entrega dos cilindros para a área de enchimento e inicializar o código de barras (GTS) após a manutenção. 3. Acessórios de Cilindros Substituir acessórios defeituosos. Instalar o capacete e o tipo de válvula conforme o gás e a alocação do cilindro. Colar etiquetas de acordo com as especificações e pureza do produto. 4. Controle de Qualidade da Manutenção Realizar a checagem de ponto de orvalho (dew point) por lote de cilindros que passaram pela estufa de vácuo. Garantir a integridade da qualidade de todos os produtos. Estar qualificado para realizar testes funcionais em analisadores. REQUISITOS: Formação Técnica em Química, mecânica, mecatrônica, elétrica e logística. ______________________________ Do you have these requirements?
