La tua opportunità, il tuo team    Il Customer Service Representative supporta QVC Italia, gestisce le richieste telefoniche di assistenza da parte dei nostri clienti e, rappresentando i valori di QVC, garantisce un’adeguata customer journey. Dove lavorerai    Questo ruolo è in sede e richiede la presenza quotidiana presso i nostri uffici di Brugherio (MB). Questa posizione è part time (20 ore) su fascia pomeridiana/serale (12:00 – 20:00). Offriamo contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 8 mesi con inizio previsto nel mese di maggio 2026. Cosa farai    A diretto riporto del Supervisor CS: Gestirai le richieste telefoniche di informazioni e assistenza da parte dei clienti che contattano il Customer Service. Fornirai assistenza di primo livello utilizzando tutti gli strumenti operativi a disposizione, nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi e quantitativi condivisi con il supervisor per garantire una eccellente Customer Experience. Risponderai efficacemente ed efficientemente alle chiamate inbound dei clienti sulle tematiche di spedizioni, resi, pagamenti, assistenza ordini e prodotti, risolvendo le eventuali problematiche e fornendo assistenza di primo livello.  Sarai interprete dei valori del brand nel contatto e la gestione di ciascun cliente. Requisiti Richiesta disponibilità a lavorare su fascia pomeridiana e serale e durante il week end. Offriamo un contratto a tempo determinato. Part time 20 ore settimanali distribuiti su 4 giorni. Preferibile esperienza pregressa in call center, attività di Front Office e/o Back Office. Preferibile esperienza pregressa in attività a diretto contatto con il pubblico. Soft skills Ottime abilità relazionali e comunicative sia parlate che scritte. Forte orientamento al cliente, all’obiettivo ed al problem solving. Ottime capacità nella gestione delle obiezioni e nella gestione dello stress. Precisione, entusiasmo e professionalità. Attitudine al lavoro in gruppo. Etica ed integrità. Buon utilizzo del pc e pacchetto office.
