L'objectif stratégique de l'entreprise est de faire passer le processus S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) actuel au niveau "Maturité". Ce projet est essentiel pour l'entreprise car il vise des bénéfices concrets : optimisation de la gestion des ressources, amélioration du service client, et une réduction ciblée des coûts.   Intégré(e) à l'équipe Supply Chain, vous interviendrez principalement sur l'Axe "Revue de la Demande" afin d'améliorer la fiabilité des prévisions de ventes et d'optimiser le processus global. Vos missions s'articuleront autour des axes suivants : 1. Fiabilisation et Analyse des Prévisions de Ventes  Contribuer à la visualisation et à l'intégration des nouvelles prévisions statistiques dans les tableaux de bord PowerBI . Analyser les écarts entre les prévisions et les ventes réelles pour identifier les risques et opportunités. 2. Optimisation de la "Revue de la Demande" (S&OP) Améliorer le processus de revue de la demande en travaillant avec les équipes Commerciales et Marketing pour mieux intégrer leurs ajustements (promotions, lancements de produits, saisonnalité) aux prévisions statistiques. 3. Amélioration Continue du Cycle Mensuel S&OP Participer à la phase de "Réconciliation" (Pré-S&OP) en comparant la demande prévue avec nos capacités d'offre, afin de proposer des scénarios d'équilibrage. Vous avez une forte appétence pour l'analyse de données, les systèmes d’informations (outils BI, ERP), et un intérêt marqué pour les nouvelles technologies appliquées à la Supply Chain (IA). Vous maîtrisez l'anglais à l'écrit et à l’oral Vous êtes :  Doté d’un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse A l’aise pour interagir de manière transverse avec différents départements (Ventes, Marketing, Production) Force de proposition.
