Arbeitszeiten im Schichtdienst Hauptaufgaben: Teamführung zwischen 10 - 100 Lagermitarbeitern Sicherstellung eines effizienten und reibungslosen operativen Betriebs Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes, inklusive besonderer Events Führung, Entwicklung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden zur Förderung eines positiven Betriebsklimas Durchführung und Dokumentation von Mitarbeitergesprächen (Feedback, Fürsorge, Kritik, Zielvereinbarung) Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Ansprechpartner für operative Themen Sicherstellung eines korrekten Reportings und Erreichung der relevanten Kennzahlen und Ziele Profil: Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B.
