As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers by answering their questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring they have a positive experience. You will also work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries regarding product information, order status, billing and payment issues. Focus on outbound calls Process referrals from doctors Contact patients to schedule their sleep study Work with different clinics, medical professionals and patients to process enquiries Are you a MATCH?
