Dein Arbeitsplatz:  Diese Position ist hybrid und erfordert an 2 Tagen pro Woche Anwesenheit am Standort.   Deine Aufgaben:  Du bist verantwortlich für die Steuerung der Warengruppe Wellness Du bist verantwortlich für die Organisation effektiver Beschaffungsstrategien für Eigen- und Handelsmarken innerhalb der Warengruppe Du verantwortest die (Weiter-) Entwicklung neuer und bestehender Produkte, Programme und Show- und Warenkonzepte für verschiedene Kanäle Du stellst die Erreichung des Ertragsbudgets für deinen Bereich sicher Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung der Junior Buyer und Assistant Buyer in deinem Team hinsichtlich der Ausrichtung des Sortiments und der Produktauswahl Du besuchst regelmäßig Messen und Lieferanten im In- und Ausland, um neue zukunftsfähige Konzepte für das Multichannel- Retailing entwickeln zu können Du verhandelst bestmögliche Einkaufspreise und Konditionen mit Lieferanten Du legst wettbewerbsfähige Preise unter Einhaltung der Preisstrategie des Bereichs fest Du stellst die rechtzeitige Platzierung von Tagesangeboten, Premieren, Kampagnen und Events sicher Du verantwortest Optimierungen hinsichtlich Effizienz, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit Was Du mitbringst:  Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Handel Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im nationalen oder internationalen Einkauf, idealerweise in einem Multichannel-Umfeld Du verfügst über Produkt- und Marktkenntnis und Handelserfahrungen im relevanten Produktbereich Du bist kreativ und hast Erfahrungen in der Produktentwicklung Du hast sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und kannst auch unter hohem Druck zeitnah Entscheidungen treffen und priorisieren Du besitzt Verhandlungsgeschick und hast eine hohe Kundenorientierung Du hast eine hohe Eigeninitiative und Offenheit für die Übernahme neuer Aufgaben, Ideen und das Annehmen von Veränderungen Internationale Reisebereitschaft Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch #LI-EN1 Our Total Rewards package includes benefits you’ll love such as competitive compensation, paid time off, an employee assistance program, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, and amazing company discounts!
