Make a difference | Your mission   Du sorgst für die Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege und stellst sicher, dass unsere Klienten sich jederzeit wohl und optimal betreut fühlen. Du begegnest unseren Klienten und deren Angehörigen stets würdevoll und mit großem Respekt. Bei komplexen Beatmungs- und Intensivpflegesituationen stehst du dem Team beratend und begleitend zur Seite. In Notfall- und Krisensituationen überwachst und gewährleistest du ein angemessenes und professionelles Vorgehen. Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards. Das beinhaltet sowohl die gewissenhafte Umsetzung der Hygienemaßnahmen als auch die Beachtung der aktuellen Pflegestandards, insbesondere im Bereich der außerklinischen Intensivpflege. Du bist verantwortlich für die korrekte und lückenlose Pflegedokumentation, um die hohe Qualität unserer Pflegeleistungen nachzuweisen und zu sichern. Bei der Überleitung und Eingewöhnung neuer Klienten, beispielsweise aus der Klinik in die häusliche Umgebung unterstützt du. Um unsere Pflege kontinuierlich zu verbessern, evaluierst du pflegerische und medizinische Standards sowie Prozessabläufe. Nach Bedarf planst und hältst du interne Fortbildungen für das Team ab. Der Austausch im Team und die Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Teamsitzungen sind für dich selbstverständlich und motivierend.   People for people | Your Carefluencer profile   Du hast eine abgeschlossene dreijährige Berufsausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft. Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Pflegeexperte für Beatmung und außerklinische Intensivpflege, Pflegefachkraft für Anästhesie und Intensivmedizin oder Qualifikation als Atmungstherapeut Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrungen in der ambulanten Intensivpflege mit.
