From the gas in your lemonade to the chip in your smartphone through the reduction of gas emission, we take part to our customers’ innovative development of applications.   How will you contribute and grow?   Build, commission, install, operate & maintain standard solutions on customers' sites (examples : Packaged Gases, Bulk or On site, Hydrogen/Biogas stations).   SAP Datenpflege: Sie übernehmen die essenzielle Aufgabe der Erstellung und Aktualisierung technischer Daten in SAP (Technische Plätze / Verträge) für unsere Kundeninstallationen in der Schweiz und in Österreich. Dabei steht die administrative Begleitung des Prozesses von der Projektphase bis zur operativen Übergabe von Kundeninstallationen im Fokus. Dies umfasst auch die Unterstützung des Teams bei der Verwaltung von SAP-Aufträgen, Bestellwesen und der Projektdokumentation. Unterstützung bei Transformationsprojekten: Aktive Beteiligung an der Vorbereitung und Implementierung von Neuerungen im Rahmen der allgemeinen Transformationsthemen innerhalb des Field Service Management Teams, zur Vereinfachung und Vereinheitlichung länderübergreifender Prozesse. Dokument Management System: Begleitung der Einführung eines neuen Dokumentenmanagementsystems. Damit gewährleisten Sie einen zentralen und strukturierten Zugriff auf alle relevanten technischen Dokumente. Prozessverbesserungen : Aktive Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessabläufen und die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen und Lösungen einzubringen.    Are you a match?   Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z.B. technische Lehre, kaufmännische Lehre) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. SAP-Expertise: Verständnis im Umgang mit SAP, insbesondere in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) zu Wartungsplänen, Equipment und Datenadministration sind wünschenswert. Technisches Verständnis: Basiswissen im Bereich Engineering und Instandhaltung (Maintenance Activities) sowie Verständnis für technische Anforderungen. IT-Affinität : Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen (z.B. Google Tools).  Sprachen: Deutsch fliessend in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens fortgeschritten).
