Atuará na recepção, gestão de estoque e suporte operacional, trabalhando em colaboração direta com a equipe e partes interessadas. Principais Atividades: Recepcionar os pacientes, captação de dados, preenchimento de fichas e acolhimento inicial. Orientar pacientes sobre os procedimentos e fornecer informações prévias ao atendimento com a fisioterapeuta. Organização e controle dos horários das consultas de fisioterapia. Controle de estoque, emissão de notas fiscais e despacho de correspondências. Comunicação com outras clínicas da região para controle de vendas, recebimento e transferência de equipamentos. Realizar venda de produtos conforme a necessidade do cliente. Critérios Diferenciais; Experiência com rotinas administrativas ou recepção. Desejável experiência em clínicas. Facilidade com informática para entrada de dados e relatórios. Perfil colaborativo e com boa comunicação escrita e verbal. ______________________________ Do you have these requirements?
