Air Liquide Austria's headquarter is located in Schwechat near Vienna.   How will you contribute and grow? ​   Reporting directly to the Business Performance Director in a newly created role focused on elevating our production reporting. Furthermore, understanding and contributing to improve our operational processes is a relevent part of this job. There is no direct team, but you will work closely with production leads to understand their processes and translate their needs into meaningful KPIs. With your communication, analytical and data skills you will develop standard reporting tools for our operational units. As part of the Air Liquide groupe we offer a wide range of products and services to our local customers. We work as a rather saml entity of 200 colleagues in a focused and people orientated atmosphere, close cooperations with other teams ...   PPBOS:  implement automated solutions based on SCADA and other databases, create dashboards in PowerBI as management overviews. Focus:  - Automation of Reporting (LIDA - LI data acquisition, Intelex) & KPI (PMS - performance mgmt system),  - Automation Invoicing for LI customers (LIBS - LI billing system) - data quality (SSOT - single source of truth) Business Performance: - Build and implement a set of reporting tools which allows automatized tracking of relevent KPI's for Primary Production, BulkOnsite and Cylinder Operations based on several ERP and Oracle data warehouse data as well as on other sources. - build operational databeses in data warehouse and Google / Tools to provide a solid basis for reporting an decision making - Be connected to central entities to ensure alignment of performance measurement requested by the cluster and local organization  PG: - Automation of Reporting & KPI (PMS - performance mgmt system) - Reporting of Stock & Assets in Power BI - WU and Wh Reorting in Power BI - Automatet Mass Balance calculation for Losses - Cost Base analysis for identifying some potentials for cost base reduction Are you a match? Education: Master degree Soft and Hard Skills Must have: - Data-driven, at ease with ERP and systems (SAP, Power BI), basic accounting background (Opex vs Capex) - SQL knowledge - analytical skills - Highly motivated, team player, reliable and entrepreneur mindset (owner of the tasks) - Engineering or Business School background (field of specialization: Economics/ Finance/ Accounting/ Operations Control, Data Science) Nice to have: - Basic knowledge of the industry   Languages English fluency is Must have French Nice to have German Nice to have Additional information Please send your CV and motivation letter in English!  Position open only for candidates eligible to the VIE program.
