The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Rattaché(e) au Responsable du Laboratoire d'analyses du site de Mitry-Mory, vous aurez pour mission principale le pilotage d’un chantier d’amélioration continue C-IMP visant à l'optimisation des stocks d’étalons utilisés.   Vos responsabilités s'articuleront autour des axes suivants : Pilotage du chantier d'amélioration des stocks étalons : Réduire et gérer les stocks physiques et informatiques d’étalons pour le Laboratoire Réduire le lead time de l'atelier en évitant les ruptures Améliorer le taux de fiabilité des stocks Participation à la mise en place d’un outil d’ordonnancement au sein du service Test de l’outil et suggestions d’amélioration (Odoo) Accompagnement des utilisateurs au moment du déploiement Participation à la refonte d’un poste de production Animation des techniciens pour définir les besoins d’ergonomie Optimisation du poste de travail pour mieux répartir la charge et éviter les déplacements inutiles (muda) Déploiement d’autres projets d’amélioration continue au sein du Laboratoire et plus largement au sein de la Production de l’usine   Are you a MATCH?   Ecole d’ingénieurs, en stage de césure ou stage de fin d’études Compétences nécessaires: analyse de données, rigueur, autonomie, respect des délais, force de proposition.
