Senior Technical Manager (m/w/d) Standort: Westfield Centro, Oberhausen Start: Q1 2026 & Vollzeit Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) ist ein führender Eigentümer, Entwickler und Betreiber hochwertiger Immobilien in Europa und den USA. Die Gruppe betreibt 66 Shopping-Center, darunter 40 unter der Westfield-Marke. Deine Aufgaben: Technisches Management & Projektkoordination Gesamtverantwortung für technische Abläufe und Instandhaltung im Center Koordination von Mieterausbauten und Schnittstelle zwischen Mietern, Leasing, Bauunternehmen und Behörden Organisation von Abnahmen mit Bauaufsicht, Feuerwehr und TÜV Terminplanung, Schlüsselübergaben, Zugangsregelungen Zusammenarbeit mit Architekturbüros und Beauftragung von Bauanträgen Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit sicherheitsrelevanter Anlagen (Sprinkler, BMA, Lüftung, Sicherheitsbeleuchtung etc.) Gewährleistungsmanagement und Steuerung von Umbauten Technische Prüfung & Dokumentation Prüfung von Ausbauplänen, Leistungsbeschreibungen und Mietbedingungen Kontrolle von Schlussrechnungen und Baukostenzuschüssen Erstellung von Kosten- und Terminplänen Dokumentation von Mängeln, Übergaben und Schlüsselprotokollen Kommunikation & Konfliktlösung Ansprechpartner für Mieter bei technischen und organisatorischen Fragen Vermittlung bei baulichen Herausforderungen (z. B. Brandschutz, Designfreigaben) Klärung bei Flächenrückgaben und Schlüsselmanagement Reporting & Management-Abstimmung Erstellung von Statusberichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit General Manager, Projektleitung und Centerleitung Reporting an Leasing & EM inkl. Zustandsbeschreibung der Mieterausbauten Was Du mitbringen solltest: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Management großer Immobilienobjekte (z. B.
