Job Description: Years of experience: 2-3 yrs Minimum Degree:  Diploma - Mechanical Job Description: Hands on experience of independently handling Preventive, Predictive (Vibration test etc.) and Breakdown Maintenance of all critical equipment Hands on experience of handling and using mechanical tools to repair the machine (cutting machine, drilling machine, Pneumatic tools, mechanical tools, etc.) Knowledge on pneumatic systems- FRL, Solenoid valves, pneumatic fitting, pneumatics piping etc. Knowledge on hydraulic systems- Solenoid valves, hydraulic piping, hydraulic pumps etc. Hands on experience for identifying the root cause of major breakdowns- Why Why Analysis Knowledge on repairs of machine spares and components - pump repair, general bearing replacement, Blower repair, gasket replacement, motor replacement etc. Experience of machine spares management Awareness of plant engineering performance parameters- Uptime, MTBF, MTTR and B/D Hrs.
