Provide administrative support to commercial operations and external stakeholders. This role involves end-to-end contract management and acting as a key liaison between customer organizations, patients, and states or private insurance payors. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Maintain business and customers in assigned territories and/or market Order Processing: Receiving, entering, and processing customer orders accurately via email or phone. Customer Support: Acting as the main point of contact for inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Sales Documentation: Generating invoices, sales quotes, contracts, and proposals. Reporting: Compiling weekly or monthly sales reports and visits in BAR+, analyzing data, and monitoring existing customers. Logistics Coordination : Coordinating with shipping, inventory, and production departments to ensure on-time delivery. Account/Territory Management: Well understanding gas application and utilizing potentials from the existing customer and market. Market intelligence and market report Data Management: Maintaining and updating customer databases, records, and files. Brand Promotion: Promote company image by attending exhibition, seminar, or relevant events. Other assigned tasks by Direct supervisor or Management Project base, short term assignment or additional role Are you a MATCH? Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or a related Technical field. 1–2 years of experience in sales roles (e.g., Sales Representative, Sales Administration), preferably within a multinational organization. Familiarity with ERP systems and selling solution-based products that involve customer production processes. Prior experience working with FDI and EPE companies is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of adaptability and pro-activeness. Market-oriented, practical, and driven to achieve exceptional results. Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and explore new concepts.
