Coordinate proposal activities during the proposal bidding preparation 2. Initiate and follow the technical proposal elaboration/review 3. Initiate and prepare different reviews as per project Development Procedures (A meeting, B meeting, PRI, …) in a timely manner 4. Handover Proposal to Project execution team 5. Elaborate and review technical appendix 6.
