Job Duties As our Customer Exp Associate, QQ, you will be part of the KONE Quick Quotes, designed to assist our Sales, Supervisors, & technicians with delivering Tenders to their Customers and is a major contributor for KONE sales revenue. You will bring 2+ years of related experience and/or training in the field of customer service and date entry to KONE. Salesforce experience preferred. You will use the knowledge gained through your associates degree, or minimum of 2 years related experience. Other Listed Duties: Proficient skills in spelling, communications, and data entry. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
