Joining Seppic means notably : - Following a complete integration process: personalized onboarding, presentations of activities (CSR, marketing, operations, sales, ...), mentoring, close HR follow-up, discovery report, ... - Be part of a multicultural company where many different jobs and solid expertise are combined, allowing for professional growth and offering great career opportunities in France and abroad.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Au siège de Seppic, à la Garenne Colombes, et reportant à la Direction RSE, nous recherchons un.e alternant.e pouvant mener un projet transverse d’état des lieux et de construction d’une stratégie interne de gestion des emballages de nos produits.   Votre objectif sera de développer la stratégie interne de la gestion des emballages chez Seppic, à savoir :  Construire une stratégie de gestion des emballages qui promeut la réduction du volume de déchets, le réemploi et le recyclage des emballages tout en optimisant les coûts, en s’appuyant sur les exigences réglementaires et les exigences de performances, l’innovation et la qualité, : Réaliser un bilan technique, réglementaire, fonctionnel et économique du portefeuille d’emballages utilisés par Seppic en collectant et consolidant les informations des différents sites,  Proposer un plan de rationalisation des emballages en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les achats, Recenser et identifier les paramètres d’emballages permettant d’optimiser le transport de nos produits en collaboration avec les équipes Supply Chain. Tout au long de votre alternance, vous intéragirez avec de nombreux services de l’entreprise : RSE, achats, logistique, marketing, qualité,... et vous aurez l’opportunité de développer une connaissance large de l’entreprise.
