Assistente de Atendimento Assistente de Atendimento Descrição do Cargo Realizar o atendimento ao cliente fornecendo informações, sanando dúvidas e tratando solicitações, reclamações ou elogios. O objetivo principal é manter a excelência da imagem corporativa e garantir a total satisfação do cliente em cada interação. Principais Responsabilidades Realizar atendimento via E-mail, WhatsApp, aplicativos e canais digitais. Atuar no envio de boletos e realizar a interface com a área de cobrança. Escalonar pedidos e utilizar sistemas de gestão como SAP, Totvs e Webpacked. Gerenciar uma média de 20 a 30 ligações e 50 e-mails diários. Requisitos e Qualificações Ensino Médio Completo ou Superior Cursando. Experiência: Vivência prévia em atendimento ao cliente. Idiomas: Conhecimento em Inglês ou Espanhol é considerado um diferencial.
