Where You’ll Make a Difference • Implement and enforce site H&S policies to ensure compliance with regulations and corporate standards • Lead and execute safety improvement projects across the site • Promote employee engagement and ownership in health and safety initiatives • Support incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented • Conduct Gemba walks to provide coaching, recognition, and training • Maintain systems for internal H&S reporting and performance tracking • Develop and deliver effective safety training programs • Coordinate occupational health assessments and annual medical exams • Manage contractor safety processes including inductions and evaluations What Makes You the Right Fit • Associate degree with 5+ years of EHS experience • Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry regulations • Proven leadership and ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Ability to influence teams and resolve conflicts effectively • Strong organizational and communication skills • Experience in training personnel on OSHA and corporate safety requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel) • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. How Would You Stand Out? • Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM) • Six Sigma certification or experience • 30-Hour General Industry Safety & Health certification Why Choose Us? • Be part of a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition • Work in a diverse and inclusive environment • Make a real impact through sustainable innovation • Collaborate with passionate and talented professionals • Grow your career with development opportunities • Join a company that values authenticity and uniqueness SALARY RANGE: 61,560 - 87,940 We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
