The Electrical & Instrumentation (E/I) Staff is responsible for the seamless execution of maintenance plans within the production facility. This role ensures the reliability of electrical systems and precision instruments through proactive inspections, high-level troubleshooting, and effective repairs. Operating with a safety-first mindset, the technician plays a critical role in minimizing downtime and optimizing plant performance. Bagaimana Anda dapat berkontribusi dan berkembang disini? Actively engage in site safety campaigns. Execute all tasks in strict accordance with local electrical codes, environmental regulations, and internal safety procedures. Perform routine inspections, calibrations, and testing of electrical distribution systems and control instruments as defined in the master maintenance schedule. Accurately log all work orders, parts usage, and technical findings into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Rapidly identify root causes for equipment failures in electrical and instrumentation systems to minimize production downtime. Work closely with Engineers to resolve complex issues, providing "on-the-ground" feedback for long-term solutions. Act as the site contact for external vendors, ensuring their work meets quality standards and safety protocols. Supervise contractor teams during Annual Shutdown Maintenance (Turnarounds), overseeing critical path tasks such as transformer servicing or instrument recalibration. Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial environment, including knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance procedures for electrical and/or instrumentation systems. Understand safety regulations and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
