Our Global Marketing Hub in Chennai is expanding, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s ready to drive high-impact initiatives that accelerate growth across APM, Europe, and Americas regions. You’ll collaborate with global teams, 60+ local Marketing & Communications teams, and bring bold, innovative digital strategies to life. What You’ll Do You’ll take the lead on high-visibility digital marketing initiatives, including: Designing and executing performance-driven SEM & SMM campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn. Building and launching multi-step email nurture and drip campaigns that attract, convert, and retain customers. Localizing global marketing strategies to maximize regional performance. Building and optimizing web pages using SDL Tridion & Adobe Experience Manager. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. Managing multiple exciting global projects and delivering them on time with excellence. Ensuring deliverables meet KONE’s global brand, content, and quality standards. You’ll also have the chance to expand your skill set by supporting your Hub teammates in: Website content management, web analytics, and SEO. What We’re Looking For You’ll thrive in this role if you have: 5–8 years of experience in PPC (search, social, and email) with global brands or marketing agencies. A process-driven mindset and the ability to standardize digital marketing workflows for scalability and impact. Strong working knowledge of CMS, website structures, and search engine principles. A self-starter attitude with exceptional attention to detail. Clear communication skills and comfort working with global, cross-cultural teams. The ability to adapt to the fast-paced Marketing Hub environment and collaborate closely with specialists across PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design, and Web Analytics. Chennai as your home base—or willingness to relocate. Bonus points if you have: Certification or hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager.
