How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Maximizar a eficiência operacional através da redução do manuseio desnecessário de cilindros e do alinhamento rigoroso entre a produção e a demanda. 1. Verificação de Cilindros: Inclui a inspeção física de cilindros e cestos ( bundles ) novos e retornados, tais como: teste hidrostático anual ou acessórios do tubo, pintura, válvulas, capacetes, etc. Verificar as condições da estrutura dos cestos e coletores ( manifolds ), e separar os cilindros e cestos prontos para enchimento daqueles que devem ser encaminhados para a área de manutenção. 2. Manutenção de Cilindros: Inspecionar os equipamentos de tratamento de cilindros, como a máquina de teste hidrostático, secadora, equipamento de pintura e estufa antes da operação, garantindo que estejam seguros e operando corretamente. Realizar teste de vazamento no cilindro ou válvula antes da instalação utilizando água com sabão. Pintar o cilindro de acordo com as normas e conformidades governamentais. Conduzir testes de cilindros com a máquina de teste hidrostático de acordo com a regulamentação governamental. Realizar a montagem e desmontagem de válvulas ( valving/devalving ) seguindo os padrões de segurança da Air Liquide (AL). Realizar a secagem e o processo de vácuo em estufa ( vacuum bake oven ) dos cilindros. Garantir a conformidade dos cilindros de acordo com a cor e o respectivo gás. Garantir que o processo de entrega dos cilindros para a área de enchimento seja feito corretamente. Inicializar o código de barras GTS no cilindro após o processo de manutenção. 3. Acessórios de Cilindros: Realizar a substituição de acessórios com defeito. Instalar o capacete e o tipo de válvula de acordo com o gás e a alocação do cilindro. Colar etiquetas de acordo com as especificações e classes do produto. 4. Manutenção do Controle de Qualidade: Realizar a verificação do ponto de orvalho ( dew point ) por lote de cilindro em estufa (VBO), conforme a especificação necessária do produto. Garantir a integridade da qualidade de todos os produtos.
