You will join the ALTEC team within the Industrial Merchant World Business Line (IMWBL), a 63-person corporate team that acts as the strategic "brain" for our entire global division. Digital is part of this expertise.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Your Internship Mission:  Join the Digital worldwide team to learn how to convert process data into key KPIs for customers and how to visualize them. This project focuses on creating a unified, high-performance digital domain for diverse industrial markets. You will be responsible for designing the standard dashboards that empower our experts to monitor and optimize critical processes—from sustainable fish farming to advanced aluminum recycling. The Role As a UX/UI Intern, you will bridge the gap between complex industrial data and intuitive user experience. You will not just be "making things look good"; you will be building the visual language for Air Liquide’s (ALTEC) next generation of industrial applications. Key Responsibilities Standard Dashboard Creation: Design and prototype standard UI templates for diverse IM applications including Waste Water Treatment, Fish Farming, Aluminum Recycling, and Gold Leaching. Global Collaboration: Work alongside ALTEC process and equipment experts worldwide to translate technical requirements into meaningful KPIs, formulas, and visual components and validate the dashboard figures  / configuration Guideline Stewardship: Ensure all dashboard country clusters strictly adhere to project guidelines, including data logging standards, architectures and equipment.  Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between various departments: Iterate with Communication teams for standard consistency. Collaborate with ALTEC Experts on technical data accuracy. Present and validate designs with Global Domain Managers and Market Directors . Collaborate with external suppliers to align design prototypes with backend capabilities and industrial standards. Trainee community   Are you a MATCH?   Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, Data Science or a related field. Data Visualization: A keen interest in turning complex data sets into simple, actionable insights. Communication: Excellent English skills (written and verbal), as you will be interacting with stakeholders across different time zones and cultures. Other languages are an asset (Mainly French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese) Project management: in an international and matrix environment Additional Information Air Liquide has been awarded the Happy Trainees label. The internship will be carried out at Campus Innovation Paris, located in Loges-en-Josas (1, Chemin de la Porte des Loges).
