Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. As Customer Care Representative you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers by answering their questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring they have a positive experience. Work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries regarding product information, order status, billing and payment issues. Provide timely, accurate, courteous responses to incoming calls and emails Liaise with ALH states staff to resolve customer enquiries Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and work collaboratively with other departments to implement solutions Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Process and follow up after call requests via email, telephone and direct in a timely accurate and efficient manner Are you a MATCH? Passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and building relationships over the phone Previous experience in a contact centre desirable but not essential as training will be provided Excellent phone manner Strong attention to detail and accuracy Administrative and Sales experience (desirable) Computer literate with the entire google suite  Strong verbal and written communication skills A ‘can-do’ attitude aligned to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
