The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Vos missions principales seront de coordonner la maintenance pluriannuelle des sites situés dans le bassin normand couvrant les sites de Saint-Jean-Folleville, Port-Jérôme, Gonfreville, Sandouville et tout nouveau site opéré par ALFI dans cette zone géographique.   Gestion de la GMAO/CMMS : Établir, maintenir et garantir la cohérence de la base de données GMAO et des outils d'interface avec les Achats, la Supply Chain, les pièces de rechange et les fonctions supports. Coordination et Reporting : Coordonner les opérations GMAO avec les équipes du pôle et des sites. Assurer le rôle de point d'entrée pour la coordination du pôle et produire le reporting associé. Conformité et Déploiement : Garantir la conformité aux référentiels, déployer la politique maintenance dans l'outil CMMS, et suivre le planning d’avancement. Pilotage Budgétaire : Être le garant de l'alignement budgétaire via le système de gestion Maximo. Support Utilisateurs et Évolution des Outils : Point d'entrée pour les diagnostics d’anomalies des outils et leurs évolutions. Assurer l'accompagnement et l'apprentissage continu des utilisateurs. L'usine de Normand’Hy démarrant en 2026, votre poste connaîtra une phase de transition passionnante : Avant la Mise en Service Industrielle (MSI) : Votre temps sera partagé entre (i) la formation sur l’usine Normand’Hy en construction et la préparation de l’exploitation (création des gammes et fiches de maintenance) et (ii) le soutien à notre division Ingénierie et aux fournisseurs pour le démarrage. Après la MSI : Vous serez initialement dédié à la gestion de la GMAO pour le site de Normand’Hy (pour 6 à 12 mois).   Are you a MATCH?   Formation : BAC + 5 technique. Expérience : Expérience confirmée (5 à 10 ans) dans la maintenance industrielle. Maîtrise de l’anglais technique. Compétences Techniques : ○ Très bonne connaissance de l’organisation de la maintenance pluriannuelle et de la réglementation associée. ○ Maîtrise des outils informatiques de maintenance (MAXIMO, PowerBI, EXCEL, PROJECT, SAP...). ○ Connaissances de base des équipements (mécanique, électricité, instrumentation).
