Organize the cylinder filling to minimize cylinder handling. Before out-off, fill the cylinder on stock. After out-off, fill the cylinder to cover customer requirements. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Perform physical inspections of new and returning cylinders to check valves, caps, paint, and accessories. Sort cylinders and bundles between those ready for filling and those requiring maintenance. Operate and maintain treatment equipment, including hydrotest machines, dryers, and painting tools. Conduct leak tests, valving, devalving, and vacuum bake oven processes following safety standards. Ensure cylinders match the correct gas type and color code, and update GTS barcodes after maintenance. Replace defective accessories and install correct caps and valves based on gas allocation. Apply product stickers and labels according to specifications and grades. Perform quality checks, such as dew point testing, to ensure products meet required specifications. Conduct functional testing on analyzers to maintain the integrity of all products. Are you a MATCH? Minimum of 1–2 years of operational experience within a manufacturing or plant environment. Prior experience in the chemical industry is highly desirable. A valid forklift license is added advantage. Physically fit and capable of navigating a large plant site while performing manual tasks.
