Job Summary We are looking for an Administrative Intern to support our Benicarló site for a minimum of 400 hours. In this role, you will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks that ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Perform clerical duties including document processing, filing, and data entry. Receive, classify, reconcile, and consolidate documentation and information from various sources. Maintain accurate records of processed documents and monitor completion status. Compile routine and special reports, gathering data from internal and external stakeholders. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and employees across different departments to exchange information. Support ongoing administrative workflows and contribute to process improvements.
