Role Type Permanent What you'll be doing: You will oversee the daily work of the Intercompany Centre of Excellence, ensuring all IC activities are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll plan and manage monthly operational cycles, support changes in internal controls and policies, and work closely with our third‑party service provider. In this role, you’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency and minimize risk exposure. A core part of your responsibility will be leading, engaging and developing your team, building capability and preparing a strong talent pipeline for the future. Key responsibilities: What you’ll be working on: Managing and optimizing end‑to‑end IC processes to ensure smooth and accurate transaction flow Owning and developing the IC Service Model, including coordination with Regional Tax and Central FP&A Reviewing and adapting the model to regulatory updates, exceptions and non‑standard solutions Creating and maintaining SOPs to standardize and improve process efficiency Ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards and local regulations Acting as the main point of contact for IC‑related queries and escalations Analyzing current processes and driving continuous improvement, automation and system enhancements Leading, engaging and developing the IC accounting team to strengthen performance and capability   What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience in Finance At least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s or certification is a plus) Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and IC reconciliation Excellent English skills Ability to stay organized, manage pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and regions Leadership skills with a focus on people development Proactive, adaptable mindset and commitment to quality Decision‑making skills and passion for simplification The role is in an on‑site model   Why Avon?
