Where You’ll Make a Difference Follow daily production schedules to meet targets, minimizing downtime and maximizing yield. Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment and processes in the production of food ingredients. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete required quality documentation. Work within the QAD ERP system to manage production orders and track inventory. Ensure equipment cleanliness and uphold all food safety and hygiene standards. Troubleshot operational issues to minimize downtime and support maximum efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members and maintain accurate production records. Perform routine in‑process and finished goods checks. Support continuous improvement efforts within the unit operation. What Makes You the Right Fit Minimum of a High School Diploma (GED). Basic mathematical proficiency. Recommended 2 years of experience in a mechanical or industrial work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with general hand tools. General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and Word. Physically fit to wear PPE and perform physical labor, including lifting to 55 lbs. Demonstrated reliability and a self‑motivated, solution‑oriented mindset. Positive team players committed to producing safe, high‑quality food ingredients. How You Would Stand Out Prior experience working in a food production or manufacturing environment. Forklift operation experience and basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
