Ensure high levels of customer service through capacity management, adherence to manufacturing plans, and strong communication. Drive production capability using improvement programs and maintenance best practices to achieve performance targets. Guarantee compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and operational processes. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; an advanced degree is preferred. 10+ years of industrial or chemical process experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory capacity. Demonstrated leadership strengths with proven collaboration and communication skills. Ability to quickly understand new technologies and effectively lead or support change initiatives. Experience guiding cultural transformation and building high‑performing, cohesive teams. Strong ability to prioritize, influence, and provide clear direction across the organization. A track record of reinforcing company values through behavior and decision‑making. Data‑driven, action‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. How You Would Stand Out Background in Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies. Experience leading large, cross‑functional teams in complex operational environments. Demonstrated ability to enhance site competitiveness through innovation and long‑term strategic thinking.
