Hier machen Sie den Unterschied Entgegennahme und präzise Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen in SAP. Überwachung des Auftragsabwicklungsprozesses und proaktive Kommunikation bei möglichen Verzögerungen oder Engpässen. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen zur Lösung von Problemen und Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen. Hauptansprechpartner für alle auftragsbezogenen Kundenanfragen. Zeitgerechte und professionelle Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Gutschriften. Pflege der Stammdaten im Verantwortungsbereich Customer Service. Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu wichtigen Ansprechpartnern beim Kunden und innerhalb der IFF-Organisation. Beitrag zu exzellenter Termintreue und niedrigen externen Reklamationsquoten. Das macht Sie zur idealen Besetzung Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft / abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder ähnliche Qualifikation. Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position. Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich). Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Hohe Genauigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise. Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und mehrere Prioritäten gleichzeitig zu managen. Teamplayer mit interkultureller Kompetenz. Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (SAP bevorzugt). Wie Sie sich abheben können Kenntnisse zu Zahlungsbedingungen und Incoterms. Erfahrung in der Aromen- oder Lebensmittelindustrie. Proaktive Herangehensweise bei komplexen Kundenanfragen.
