Lastly, you will participate in PD/CR projects to ensure supplier launch readiness through activities such as risk management (FMEA), Critical-to Quality (CtQ), and change management (KPPAP).   You will bring 2+ years of progressive and successful experience in engineering, manufacturing, processes & methods, supplier quality management, quality engineering, supply chain management, and sourcing (or other related fields) to KONE.  At minimum, you must have B.SC level technical STEM / quality / industrial engineering degree. 8 years of related experience also works in lieu of degree.   Other Listed Duties:  Auditing of suppliers and Supplier performance management  ISO 9001/14001/18001/45001  Methods and tools related to (supplier) quality management such as quality control plans, Critical to Quality, Statistical Process Control, Failure-Mode-Effect Analysis, DMAIC Methodology, Six Sigma and Lean, Mistake proofing  In-depth knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning and TS16949 standard, methodology and tools (required).
