Where You’ll Make a Difference Perform month‑end closing activities, including general ledger analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of SOX control documentation. Prepare and post standard, recurring, and ad‑hoc journal entries while ensuring timely and accurate related account reconciliations. Review FI invoice accruals, process local tax provisions, and ensure the financial ledger is closed accurately each period. Conduct variance analysis, review cost center expenses, and support the transfer and reconciliation of GL data for consolidation. Monitor performance metrics, ensure appropriate controls at each step, and identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes. Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary support and documentation. Maintain day‑to‑day operational tasks while supporting overall team operations and service delivery. Contribute to achieving KPIs related to accuracy, timeliness, and process compliance, escalating issues proactively to leadership as needed. Lead by example by following established processes and standards while maintaining a positive, solution‑oriented mindset and performing other duties as assigned. What Makes You the Right Fit CA Inter/CMA /ACCA with 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or related functions. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Solid working knowledge of general accounting procedures and GAAP. Good understanding of end‑to‑end accounting processes and controls. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel. Experience with ERP platforms, preferably SAP ECC. Ability to deliver accurate work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service. Demonstrates a team‑oriented, can‑do mindset and is flexible to work in APAC/EMEA time zones. How Would You Stand Out?
