岗位职责： 1. 通过安排拜访潜在客户并介绍KONE公司及其产品，以达到和提高获取订单目标及市场占有率。 2. 处理并提供获得订单之前的一切服务，包括交通流量分析、提供布置草图、递交投标文件。 3. 与客户保持密切联系以跟进及汇报已递交标书的状态。 4. 定时向销售经理准确地提供标书信息及反馈意见，为进一步行动之决定提出建议。 5. 依据公司政策全面跟进与客户之间所进行的销售合同协商。 6. 安排完成销售合同的签署及预付定金的收款。 岗位要求： 1. 原则上本科或以上学历，工科背景优先； 2. 1-2年电梯、中央空调、暖通设备、消防设备或机电产品销售工作经验； 3. 责任心强，沟通协调能力强，有良好的团队精神； 4. 能承受较强的工作压力。 At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
