Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies supporting Supply Chain digital transformation strategic programs. Conduct organizational change assessments to determine readiness, impacts, and stakeholder needs. Support the creation and execution of core change deliverables, including Sponsorship, People Manager, Communications, Training and Resistance Management plans. Integrate change management activities into the overall project plan to ensure cohesive execution. Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across functions and regions. Coordinate with cross-functional specialists to support a unified change approach. Assess and monitor end‑user readiness, adoption progress, and engagement levels. Track and report issues, risks, and mitigation actions related to adoption and behavior change. Provide ongoing support to teams navigating change during implementation and stabilization. What Makes You the Right Fit At least 10 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Transformation Programs, or similar roles. University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field; Change Management certification is a plus. Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage. Experience driving change management efforts within APS (Advanced Planning System), Transport Management Systems (TMS) or SAP IBP environments. Strong understanding of Supply Chain E2E processes Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Hands‑on, proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
