Job Summary Supervise employees using machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. El Jefe de Turno es responsable de coordinar, supervisar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos productivos del sitio, garantizando el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y estándares del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente). El rol contribuye directamente a la continuidad operativa, eficiencia en el uso de recursos y cumplimiento de metas del departamento. Responsabilidades principales Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de turno, garantizando cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y objetivos del área. Ejecutar y controlar la producción según plan, asegurando calidad y cumplimiento de especificaciones. Gestionar recursos humanos y materiales mediante herramientas objetivas y seguimiento de KPI. Coordinar con Mantención, Calidad, SHE y otras áreas para asegurar continuidad y mejora continua. Registrar operaciones y gestionar información mediante SAP, TRAKSYS y otros sistemas digitales. Requisitos Ingeniería en Alimentos o Industrial. Mínimo 3 años en roles similares, idealmente en industria de alimentos. Manejo de personal a cargo demostrable. Conocimientos en HACCP y GMP (excluyentes); deseable BRC, ISO 9001, OHSAS, ISO 14001. Excel y Word nivel intermedio; SAP deseable. Inglés básico (lectura).
