The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.   How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?   Au sein de l'équipe Finance & Control SWE, vous assurez la gestion opérationnelle du reporting et des coûts (outils, investissements, plans d'efficacité) pour l'ensemble du cluster. Vous pilotez également la coordination transversale des pays lors des clôtures et budgets, tout en produisant des analyses stratégiques sur la performance et les parts de marché.   Au sein de l’équipe Finance & Control du cluster SWE, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :  Support Organisationnel Gestion des outils de reporting du Cluster (Mise à jour, adaptation aux évolutions de reporting, amélioration continue) Aide à la coordination des pays en clôture mensuelle ou lors des phases budgétaires Contribution au Suivi des Investissements (communication/partage des bonnes pratiques, suivi des indicateurs, analyses ad-hoc, etc.) Contribution au Suivi des Plans d'Efficacités (déclaratifs trimestriels, analyse des tendances,  préparation des supports de communication correspondants, etc.) IM Business Line Operations control Réalisation des analyses et commentaires des Flash mensuels Analyses transverses en coordination avec les contrôleurs de gestion pays (Investissements, zero base budget, Fix/Variable, Mix, …) Cluster costs (Coût de la structure cluster hébergée dans les 3 pays Fr, It, Ib) Définition et pilotage des évolutions du reporting Cluster Costs à destination des Membres du Cluster Management Team Préparation / vérification fichier Cluster costs / Suivis et analyses / Transfert BI Animation du processus de suivi des coûts réels et des différentes phases budgétaires, y compris la répartition des coûts  Market share (Analyse des parts de marché de l’année): coordination des pays, consolidation cluster, interaction avec hub et HO, rédaction du mémo   Are you a MATCH?   1.
