In this role you will report to the senior manager, analytics, and insights, this position is responsible for the technical and analytical support of the Orthopedic sales channel. We are seeking a skilled and innovative business intelligence analyst to join our dynamic team. As a business intelligence analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with sales leaders to leverage large datasets, creating compelling visualizations, and developing low-code applications to drive insights and inform strategic decision-making.   This position is a P3 level. What will you be doing? The business intelligence analyst will collaborate closely with sales leaders to unlock the potential of our vast datasets, employing advanced data mining techniques utilizing Python, SQL and other tools to uncover actionable insights. The role involves crafting visually captivating dashboards and reports, utilizing Power BI to distill complex information into easily understandable visualizations. This analyst will develop low-code applications utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, streamlining processes and empowering our teams with efficient tools for data interpretation by partnering with cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy and relevance, and enabling our organization to make informed decisions that will drive success in a dynamic business environment. The ability to communicate effectively will be critical to success in this role. The business intelligence analyst will be responsible for communicating analysis and findings in English. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.    What will you need to be successful? Education: BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Math, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence.  Strong data science skills, with a background in working with large data sets to drive insights. Experience in the medical device field is helpful. Language:  Advanced English skills Expert in SQL, Power BI. Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Snowflake. Nice to have Python, SAS, or Sales Force. Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead by example and action.  Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills; self-directed with proven ability to multitask.
