Where You’ll Make a Difference Drive beverage application projects and support commercialization of IFF innovations in Indonesia. Work with Commercial, Innovation, and regional teams to ensure aligned project delivery. Create high‑quality beverage prototypes that meet customer, regulatory, and technical requirements. Present solutions to customers and offer expert guidance on formulation and processing. Partner with experts to implement strong formulation and experimental design approaches. Contribute to new concept development through creative, solution‑driven thinking. Stay current on ingredients, processing technologies, and manufacturing practices to enhance applications. Monitor category, consumer, and market trends to strengthen technical recommendations. Develop internal networks and support capability building through knowledge sharing and collaboration. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline. Good knowledge of beverage ingredients, processing technologies, and regulatory standards. Proven experience in beverage formulation, manufacturing processes, and technical troubleshooting. Solid project management skills with proficiency in experimental design. Innovative, analytical, and solutions‑oriented approach to problem‑solving. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant internal systems. How Would You Stand Out?
