Our KONE Bratislava team is looking for a Processing agent with German language. Processing agent will be working closely with KONE colleagues abroad on creating customers, equipment, contracts or billing documents in our system and manage and update the data. You will be part of a great team of professionals who work together to improve the flow of urban life. What will you do? Execute PR and PO transactions within agreed SLAs for quality and timeliness. Validate completeness of documentation before processing. Route sub-requests efficiently to other process teams and track completion. Ensure adherence to KONE Way process definitions and segregation of duties Perform quality checks at various stages and maintain compliance statistics. Notify Team Lead of any compliance or control issues. Communicate clearly with front-line contacts for approvals or clarifications. Maintain reminders and notifications for pending actions. Identify gaps and suggest improvements for automation and harmonization. Support documentation updates for Unit-specific instructions. What do we offer you? We offer you the basic salary starting from 1.500 EUR/gross , but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience. University degree or relevant experience in the field of administration/procurement support MS Office package knowledge (at least user level of MS Excel) English and German language - min.
