This role is based in Colombia (on site) . Where You’ll Make a Difference Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG‑SST) in compliance with Colombian regulations, including Resolution 0312 of 2019. Identify hazards, assess and evaluate risks, and define effective operational controls for routine and high‑risk activities. Lead training, awareness, and engagement programs to strengthen the safety culture across all levels of the organization. Coordinate inspections, internal audits, emergency drills, and emergency response plans to ensure site readiness. Manage the investigation of incidents, accidents, and occupational illnesses, defining corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with contractor safety programs , including pre‑qualification, onboarding, training, and field follow‑up. Maintain updated documentation, records, legal matrices, and key performance indicators for the SG‑SST. Coordinate activities with external stakeholders such as insurance providers (ARL), safety committees, and emergency response teams. What Makes You the Right Fit Valid Occupational Health and Safety license in Colombia. Technical, technological, professional, or postgraduate education in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields. 2–3 years of experience leading or implementing SG‑SST programs in industrial or multinational environments. Up‑to‑date knowledge of Colombian occupational health and safety regulations and EHS standards. Experience supporting audits, inspections, contractor management, and safe work permit programs. Ability to analyze risks, manage indicators, and report results to senior management. Strong leadership, communication, and change‑management skills. Structured, organized approach with a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
