What you will be doing Here you will have an opportunity to work on the following : As a Program Manager you will have the necessary authority, accountability (including budget control), and responsibility for delivering an agreed scope of projects and ensuring that in creating the new capability on site they meet schedule, specification and business case requirements dependent on the stage of the program. To interface with Legacy & Future Programs on Capability, Capacity and Cost requirements to support the creation, development and establishment of the multi-year strategy and executable business plan to deliver. To help establish, develop and maintain the work breakdown structure necessary to deliver strategic objectives Assist in reporting out progression of activities and metrics associated with MA&T strategy initiatives Accountable for capturing and managing capital requests that support agreed MA&T strategies. Assist with identifying and managing risk mitigation strategies for MA&T Support and develop make/buy strategies for new and legacy programs Oversees management of C5.1 processes and updates in ARIS To implement project management best practice for delivery of all work – milestones, critical path, risk register and cost to complete forecasting Who we’re looking for: At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
