Il s’agit du principal centre d’expertise de SEPPIC en éco-extraction végétale. Vous êtes membre du Comité de Direction du site. Vous pilotez l'activité de maintenance (préventive et corrective) et les projets de travaux neufs (modifications techniques). Vous êtes un acteur clé de la transformation du site et contribuez, avec votre équipe, à améliorer la performance industrielle de SEPPIC à Lons.   Vos missions seront donc les suivantes : Animation : - Assurer le management de l'équipe : recrutement, développement des compétences, évaluation de la performance, engagement,... - Définir la stratégie, fixer les objectifs - Elaborer et suivre le budget, optimiser les coûts - Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance, élaborer les plans d'action - Collaborer avec les différents acteurs internes (Production, Qualité, Ingénierie, Achats,...) et externes (fournisseurs,...) pour assurer la continuité des opérations et faire avancer les projets - Assurer la conformité réglementaire - Gérer les habilitations - Animer la démarche d'amélioration continue des processus QHSE et maîtrise des risques procédés : - Respecter et faire respecter, sur le terrain, les règles QHSE - Développer la culture sécurité dans l'équipe - Analyser les risques procédés et mettre en place les mesures de prévention nécessaires Maintenance : - Contribuer à planifier et préparer, coordonner et superviser les interventions - Gérer le magasin Travaux neufs : - Contribuer à effectuer le suivi des demandes de modifications techniques et définir les priorités   Are you a MATCH?   - Formation : ingénieur en Génie chimique ou Génie des procédés - Expérience professionnelle : poste similaire dans l'industrie chimique ou pharmaceutique - Connaissances : mécanique, électricité, instrumentation et automatisme, réglementation (ATEX, équipements sous pression, machines,...), sécurité des procédés (méthode HAZOP), normes (ISO 9001) et référentiels (BPF partie 2) qualité, méthode HACCP idéalement - Informatique : maîtrise d'un logiciel GMAO - Qualités personnelles : leadership, culture sécurité, capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, capacité à prioriser #LI-FM1   Our Differences make our Performance At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
