Twój zakres odpowiedzialności: Zarządzanie recepcją: profesjonalne powitanie gości, obsługa połączeń przychodzących oraz sprawne zarządzanie korespondencją i przesyłkami kurierskimi. Koordynacja spotkań i eventów: organizacja sal konferencyjnych oraz wsparcie logistyczne spotkań biznesowych w Polsce. Wsparcie Country Managera: ścisła współpraca przy bieżących zadaniach administracyjnych. Logistyka podróży: kompleksowa organizacja wyjazdów służbowych (rezerwacja hoteli, biletów, transportu). Administracja biurowa: zamawianie sprzętu (np. telefonów dla pracowników), dbanie o zaopatrzenie biura i współpracę z dostawcami. Wsparcie działów wspierających: pomoc operacyjna dla działu zakupów oraz wsparcie procesów logistycznych firmy. Czego oczekujemy? Doświadczenia w koordynacji działań biurowych lub na podobnym stanowisku. Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego. Sprawnej obsługi pakietu Microsoft Office; znajomość systemu SAP będzie Twoim dużym atutem. Wysokiego poziomu empatii, optymizmu i naturalnej łatwości w nawiązywaniu relacji. Proaktywności i chęci wspierania innych w codziennych zadaniach. Gotowości do pracy stacjonarnej: szukamy osoby, która lubi energię biura i chce być dostępna dla zespołu na miejscu. Co oferujemy?
