What will you be doing? As our Product Owner CRM International Ortho, you will help lead the development, standardisation and evolution of our CRM capabilities across Europe and Asia Pacific. You will be at the centre of our Global CRM Program, acting as the bridge between commercial teams, IT and market stakeholders to ensure that our Salesforce environment fully supports our business processes and ambitions. Your work will span the full product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with commercial planning and local market teams to understand their needs, define user stories and translate business requirements into clear, actionable priorities. You will create a healthy and well organised backlog, staying ahead of upcoming sprints and ensuring that each feature has a clear definition of readiness and completion. You will shape the product vision and roadmap, guide solution design decisions and work with IT architects to evaluate integration needs and technology options. You will support market rollouts, ensure product quality through testing cycles and help colleagues adopt new features with confidence. Through ongoing analysis of product performance, you will identify opportunities to enhance usability, strengthen adoption and continually improve how our commercial teams work. Throughout, you will be a champion of consistency, reliability and user experience, ensuring our CRM becomes a powerful and trusted backbone for strategic planning, sales execution, asset management and performance monitoring across the International Ortho organisation.
