As part of IFF internal Scent School we are looking for a Coordinator who provides administrative support to facilitate the coordination of current ambitious projects for IFF, Student selection but also School program process. Out Scent School Coordinator will report to Operations Director and the Scent School Director. Where You’ll Make a Difference • Coordinate administrative and operational activities supporting the IFF internal Scent School. • Manage student selection logistics, including interview and test scheduling. • Support recruiting database management and outreach activities. • Provide local logistical support for candidates and students. • Organize ISIPCA internship coordination and visa‑related documentation. • Prepare and update course documentation and materials for the ISIPCA program. • Coordinate market product and raw material sessions. • Support the planning and execution of student events. • Ensure smooth communication with internal teams and external partner companies.
