Voor onze grote productie site in Tilburg zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega in 3-ploegendienst voor de functie van                                                                Process Operator International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) is de wereldleider op het gebied van smaken, geuren, voedselingrediënten en gezondheids- en biowetenschappen leveren wij duurzame innovaties die alledaagse producten naar een hoger niveau tillen. Binnen IFF Taste ontwikkelen we unieke, technologiegedreven smaakontwerpen die de identiteit van voedsel- en drankmerken bepalen, trends vormgeven en marktsucces stimuleerd.     Binnen onze productie afdeling verwerk je ingredienten volgens recept en werkvoorschriften.  Je bedient en bewaakt menginstallaties en zorgt voor de juiste kwaliteitscontrole. Belangrijk in deze rol is dat je kan multi-tasken, je houdt overzicht over meerdere processen tegelijk. Waar maak jij het verschil? Je mengt en verwerkt geur- en smaakstoffen volgens werkvoorschriften. Je voert fysieke werkzaamhedn uit, zoals het tillen en toevoegen van grondstoffen. Je bedient productie-installaties en houdt het proces nauwlettend in de gaten. Je voert kwalitieitscontroles uit en meldt eventuele afwijkingen. Je zorgt voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving. Wat maakt jou de juiste kandidaat? Je hebt ervaring als (process) operator Je bent fysiek fit en vindt het niet erg om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels. Je bent bereid om in een  3-ploegendienst  te werken. Hoe val je op? Je bent een echte teamplayer en komt fluitend naar je werk! Je kiest zelf hoe je dit inzet: als extra salaris of als extra vrije dagen. Reiskostenvergoeding: €0,23 per km.
