Job Summary You’ll join the Global Body Care Category & Innovation team, working closely with the Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager to help shape the future of the Body Care category at IFF. IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, we deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.   You’ll join the Global Body Care Category & Innovation team, working closely with the Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager to help shape the future of the Body Care category at IFF.  This is a 6-month internship based in our creative center in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Where You’ll Make a Difference Track Trends & Market Dynamics Monitor and analyze global trends across the Body Care universe: Haircare, Personal Wash, Deodorant and Skincare.  Build & Update Category Knowledge Develop and maintain essential Body Care materials and category overviews and create and publish a monthly newsletter summarizing key market activities. Support Innovation Development Help the team build high-impact PowerPoint presentations and internal engagement tools and contribute to crafting compelling narratives around new ideas and projects.  Collaborate Across Teams Work with sales, consumer insights, evaluation and marketing teams to support ongoing projects and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
