Your potential is our inspiration.   Where You’ll Make a Difference Provide regulatory guidance and compliance support to Creative, Application, and Commercial teams for finished formulas. Review product formulas to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, customer requirements, and regulatory and industry guidelines. Deliver accurate and timely regulatory documentation to customers across North America (NA) and international markets. Support both internal and external stakeholders by responding to regulatory inquiries efficiently. Coordinate with global regulatory colleagues to review methodologies and align on best practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols for key regulatory procedures. Support ongoing enhancements to regulatory databases and internal information technology tools. Help ensure consistent regulatory standards across products, regions, and systems. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biosciences, or a related scientific discipline. +3 years of relevant experience in regulatory, compliance, or similar roles, preferably within the flavors, food ingredients, or related regulated industries. Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal contexts. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing workload to meet competing deadlines. Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of computerized information systems. High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance. How Would You Stand Out? Experience working in a regulated food, flavor, or consumer goods environment.
